Tygerberry Landing on the South Tyger River at Berry’s Pond in Duncan is open to the public thanks to a partnership between the Tyger River Foundation, SJWD Water District and Spartanburg County Parks Department.
This popular property has a number of picnic benches, a loop trail the same length of a school track which includes an exercise station. It also has a number of benches with views of Berry's Pond for relaxation and fishing.
The Landing features an ADA Dock which was funded by a Duke Energy Foundation grant. It's a great location for those with limited mobility to enjoy paddling in Berry's Pond.
The Landing is great for birding with a variety of song-birds and waterfowl.
All boats on Berrys Pond must have a Lake Access Sticker available from SJWD Water District.
