Cooley Family Landing
Blueways: Kayak Access
590 S. Spencer Road
Duncan, SC 29334
The property for the Cooley Family Landing on South Tyger River at South Spencer Street in Duncan was donated in December 2017 by Lisa Cooley Scott to the Tyger River Foundation for the purpose of perpetual public river access.
This is an excellent put-in for a beginner paddle ending at Beech Springs Landing. The two river access sites are about 1.5 miles apart. Be sure to check out the Beech Springs Landing page for up-to-date river data from the USGS.
